Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Warehouse Technician to join our dynamic logistics team in Denver, Colorado. This role is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency and integrity of our warehouse. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and preventative maintenance of all warehouse equipment, including forklifts, conveyor systems, pallet jacks, and other machinery. Your expertise will ensure a safe and productive working environment, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput. This position requires a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, adherence to strict safety protocols, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Your role will directly impact our supply chain operations and our commitment to timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
  • Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inventory of spare parts.
  • Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
  • Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
  • Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and emergency repair needs.
  • Conduct safety inspections and recommend improvements to prevent accidents.
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Lifting techniques when necessary to move or inspect equipment.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar maintenance role.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to workplace Safety and the environment.
  • Experience with general warehouse tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Understanding of Logistics principles is a plus.
