Our dynamic Los Angeles, California distribution center is seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our growing team. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, involving a broad range of warehouse activities including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be a key contributor to the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain and Logistics . We are committed to fostering a secure workplace and require all employees to strictly follow Safety protocols and utilize the appropriate PPE . The position demands physical stamina, requiring extended periods of standing, walking, and frequent Lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Responsibilities:
- Efficiently receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Accurately stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack orders with speed and precision according to customer requirements.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and assist in resolving discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, safely.
- Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and Safety guidelines, including mandatory PPE use.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as directed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, and frequent Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Solid teamwork and communication capabilities.
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Understanding of Logistics and supply chain principles.
- Unwavering commitment to workplace Safety and the correct use of PPE .
