Join our energetic logistics team in Denver, Colorado, as an Order Picker! In this critical role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently selecting products to fulfill customer orders. You will navigate our warehouse, utilizing handheld scanners and pick lists to gather items from their designated locations. Your accuracy and speed directly impact customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our logistics operations. This is a hands-on position that requires you to be active and engaged throughout your shift. We offer a supportive team environment and opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick customer orders from shelves and storage areas using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Inspect items for quality and damage before placing them in order totes or on carts.
- Pack items securely for shipment, following company guidelines.
- Transport orders to the packing or shipping stations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all logistics safety standards.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts and stock put-away as needed.
- Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in order picking or a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform frequent lifting of up to 30 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety practices, including PPE.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
