Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring timely and accurate processing of goods. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders. Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report discrepancies.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
  • Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to order sheets.
  • Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring items are protected during transit.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding PPE.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of yourself and colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
  • Familiarity with Safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
  • Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management software is a plus.
