Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and report discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy using warehouse management systems.
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently according to order sheets.
- Pack orders securely for shipment, ensuring items are protected during transit.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Participate in inventory counts and other warehouse duties as assigned.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those regarding PPE.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to workplace safety and the well-being of yourself and colleagues.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience preferred, but not required.
- Ability to perform frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Familiarity with Safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Experience with RF scanners and warehouse management software is a plus.
