We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. - Receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
- Verifying the accuracy of incoming inventory against purchase orders.
- Stocking shelves and organizing warehouse space for optimal efficiency.
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and with care.
- Preparing orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhering to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and efficiently as needed.
- Assisting with inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Meeting performance expectations for speed and accuracy.
Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to perform physical tasks including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and a commitment to teamwork. Experience in a warehouse setting is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals. Safety is our top priority, and all employees are expected to follow strict safety protocols.
