Our expanding logistics operation in Provo, Utah, needs a dedicated Warehouse Associate. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in the core functions of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping. You'll contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of our inventory management and order fulfillment processes. This role demands physical stamina, the ability to handle frequent Lifting, and a strong focus on Safety. We are committed to providing a secure and supportive work environment, complete with all required PPE and comprehensive Safety training. Responsibilities:
- Accepting and inspecting incoming deliveries for damage and accuracy.
- Organizing and stocking inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately picking products to fulfill customer orders.
- Packing orders securely and efficiently for shipment.
- Loading and unloading materials, using appropriate equipment when necessary.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly workspace, ensuring compliance with Safety standards.
- Participating in inventory cycle counts and checks.
- Adhering to all company Safety guidelines and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse experience is advantageous but not mandatory for eager candidates.
- Must be able to manage consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs) and prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- A keen eye for detail and a dedication to maintaining accuracy.
- Knowledge of general warehouse Safety principles.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse equipment.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Willingness to consistently wear designated PPE.
- Dependable and punctual.
