Responsibilities:
- Accurately receive, identify, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, as trained.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Utilize RF scanning technology for inventory tracking and accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on products and shipments.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and be physically active for the duration of the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
