Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming inventory with accuracy.
- Sort, organize, and store materials in appropriate locations.
- Pick and pack orders based on customer requirements and order forms.
- Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and contribute to stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and orderly workspace, free from hazards.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and use provided Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Must be able to handle frequent and moderate Lifting of items up to 40 lbs.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals in our logistics center.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Proficiency in basic math and reading comprehension.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be physically capable of performing required tasks, including consistent Lifting and movement.
- A proactive approach to Safety and compliance.
- Reliable transportation and attendance.
