Responsibilities:
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, pack, store).
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits.
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse operational flow.
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Identify and report any damages or discrepancies in inventory.
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in the general upkeep of the warehouse, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Be prepared for significant amounts of Lifting of boxes and materials, up to 50 lbs.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge in logistics and warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic warehouse machinery.
- Proficiency in inventory management software is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Commitment to adhering to Safety guidelines.
- Must be able to perform physical labor, including frequent Lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
