Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move materials.
- Load and unload trucks and containers.
- Transport inventory to and from designated areas.
- Assist with stacking and organizing products in the warehouse.
- Perform pre-operation checks on forklifts to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movement.
- Follow all safety regulations and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed, including picking and packing.
Qualifications:
- Valid forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain one.
- Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift and maneuver items up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial reasoning skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Commitment to following safety protocols and proper Lifting techniques.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
