Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and accurately record incoming inventory.
- Unload materials from trucks and containers using appropriate equipment.
- Store goods in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper organization and accessibility.
- Accurately pick items from shelves based on order requirements.
- Pack products safely and efficiently for shipping.
- Stage completed orders for timely dispatch.
- Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard-free workspace.
- Follow all established safety rules and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth warehouse operations and meet productivity targets.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar physical labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform strenuous physical duties, including lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to job duties.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain principles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail.
