- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse according to established procedures.
- Conduct daily pre-operational inspections of equipment and report any issues.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting as needed.
- Support shipping and receiving departments by transporting materials.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Material Handler.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting up to 60 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of logistics principles and warehouse operations.
- Commitment to workplace safety and efficient material handling.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Must be willing to wear required PPE.
