We are seeking motivated individuals to support our warehouse operations by efficiently managing the movement of materials. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing goods within the facility. This role is vital for ensuring timely order fulfillment and maintaining the overall efficiency of our supply chain. A strong emphasis is placed on safety, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict safety protocols, including the consistent use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products.
- Transport materials throughout the warehouse using hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Load and unload delivery trucks and containers.
- Pick and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock organization.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on safety regulations.
- Properly utilize all required PPE at all times.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to meet operational goals.
- Identify and report any damages or safety hazards immediately.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or material handling position is preferred.
- Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic logistics.
- Strong commitment to safety and adherence to procedures.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
