We are looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in the daily operations of our warehouse, ensuring efficient handling of goods and timely order fulfillment. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and racks with incoming inventory, ensuring proper placement and rotation.
- Pick orders accurately using pick lists or scanners.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles as required.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse areas.
- Participate in inventory management and cycle counts.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, including the correct use of PPE.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues regarding workload and issues.
- Contribute to a positive and safe team environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
