Your Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the initial point of contact for all incoming client inquiries

Effectively qualify and assess leads to determine service needs

Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client transitions

Track, follow up, and optimize intake and conversion strategies

Maintain accurate CRM records and uphold client communication standards

Our Ideal Candidate:

Customer service or sales experience required (industry experience highly preferred)

Strong interpersonal and listening skills

Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment

Detail-oriented, organized, and goal-driven

Able to learn quickly and collaborate well with others
