Technical Program Manager

The program manager's job involves high-level oversight and coordination, especially within the manufacturing and automotive sectors. Key responsibilities related to your query would include:

• Quoting New Business: Estimating costs and timelines for new stamping Press Repairs, significant repair projects.
• Project Planning: Developing comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, budget management, and scheduling.
• Coordination: Acting as the liaison between the customer, sales team, engineering department, and the maintenance or production teams.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring all completed work ( repaired machinery) meets quality standards and customer specifications.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential issues that could delay production or repairs and developing mitigation strategies.

EXPERIENCE

• Proficiency in project management
• Familiarity with release management, disaster recovery planning, and user acceptance testing procedures.
• Excellent leadership qualities with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards.
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
