  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring all completed work ( repaired machinery) meets quality standards and customer specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identifying potential issues that could delay production or repairs and developing mitigation strategies.

EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in project management
  • Familiarity with release management, disaster recovery planning, and user acceptance testing procedures.
  • Excellent leadership qualities with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high organizational standards.
  • Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather requirements accurately and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Ability to manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources efficiently in fast-paced environments.
