*About Us*
Galleria Medical Pharmacy is seeking a highly motivated and skilled PRN Pharmacist to join our team. As a pharmacist with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for our customers. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is dedicated to providing exceptional patient care.
*Responsibilities:*
* Dispense prescription medications accurately and efficiently
* Provide consultation and guidance to patients on the proper use of medications
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
* Conduct medication therapy management and review drug interactions
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Oversee the pharmacy's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
*Qualifications:*
* Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree
* Valid state pharmacist license
* Strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and their indications, contraindications, and interactions
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Attention to detail and accuracy in dispensing medications
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
* Familiarity with pharmacy computer systems and software (previous experience with PioneerRX is a plus)
*Experience:*
* Previous experience in both retail and compounding pharmacies is highly encouraged
