Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive Warehouse Coordinator to manage and optimize operations at our Phoenix, Arizona facility. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our warehouse, supporting our extensive Logistics network. You will oversee daily warehouse activities, coordinate staff, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with all Safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership abilities, and a thorough understanding of warehouse management principles. You will be responsible for scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining a safe and efficient working environment. This position requires the ability to multitask and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping.
  • Coordinate and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction and support.
  • Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Ensure efficient space utilization and organization within the warehouse.
  • Implement and enforce warehouse policies and Safety procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments.
  • Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless Logistics flow.
  • Monitor the proper use of equipment and enforce Safe operating practices, including correct PPE usage.
  • Promote a culture of Safety and efficiency among the warehouse team.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification or degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate Lifting.
  • Knowledge of Safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
