Job Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in St. Louis, Missouri! We are seeking motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient processing and dispatch of goods within our state-of-the-art logistics facility. This role is crucial for ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. You will be an integral part of our supply chain operations, working in a fast-paced environment that values teamwork and attention to detail. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. We offer a competitive hourly wage and opportunities for growth within the company. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to provided documentation.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies.
  • Operate manual and automated equipment to move, sort, and store inventory.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Utilize scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including sweeping, tidying, and restocking.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including regular Lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
  • Commitment to Safety and following all protocols.
