Your role will involve a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. You'll be a key player in ensuring that our products move smoothly through the supply chain, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires physical activity, including significant lifting and standing for extended periods. We are committed to providing a safe and productive work environment, and all associates are required to follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of PPE. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming merchandise.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Stock and organize products within the distribution center.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Adhere to all logistics and company policies.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics is a plus.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment, including proper lifting techniques.
