We are hiring a motivated Fulfillment Associate for our growing facility in Durham, North Carolina. This position is key to ensuring our logistics operations are seamless, from receiving goods to shipping out customer orders. You'll be involved in a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, sorting, and staging products. A strong understanding of warehouse processes and a commitment to efficiency are essential. This role requires individuals who can handle physically demanding tasks, including regular lifting and moving of inventory. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately.
- Sort and organize inventory within the warehouse.
- Operate pallet jacks and other manual equipment.
- Assist with inventory cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Follow all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring frequent bending, stooping, and lifting up to 45 lbs.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
