We are looking for a dedicated Distribution Center Associate to join our team in Cincinnati, Ohio. In this vital role, you will be responsible for a wide range of warehouse duties that contribute to the efficient flow of goods within our logistics network. Your tasks will include receiving shipments, verifying inventory, picking and packing orders accurately, and preparing items for distribution. - Receive, inspect, and log incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick products based on order specifications.
- Pack products securely for safe transit.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Keep the workspace clean and organized.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
- Ability to perform consistent lifting, up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and move around for entire shift.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Must wear provided PPE, including safety glasses and work boots.
- Understanding of warehouse logistics and safety best practices.
- Willingness to work required shifts and occasional overtime.
- A proactive attitude towards maintaining a safe work environment.
