Our Baltimore, Maryland warehouse is seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join our team! This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our logistics center. You will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. The ideal candidate is hardworking, reliable, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the loading and unloading of trucks.
- Receiving and inspecting incoming inventory.
- Storing products in designated warehouse locations.
- Picking and packing orders accurately.
- Preparing goods for shipment.
- Operating warehouse equipment as needed (e.g., pallet jacks).
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
- Adhering to all safety regulations and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participating in inventory counts.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or general labor role is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina for demanding tasks, including frequent lifting.
- Capacity for lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to various warehouse tasks.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Good work ethic and reliability.
- Familiarity with basic logistics concepts.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
This position requires consistent physical effort, including standing, walking, bending, and significant lifting. Safety is paramount in our operations; therefore, compliance with all safety guidelines and the proper use of PPE is non-negotiable. Your contribution is essential to our logistics network.
