Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and conveyor systems.
- Assist with inventory tracking, cycle counts, and stock rotation.
- Support receiving and shipping processes as needed.
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Implement and monitor safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Technician or in a similar role is required.
- Proficiency in operating various warehouse machinery.
- Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong understanding of warehouse logistics and safety protocols.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
