Our distribution center in Fort Worth, Texas, is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Distribution Center Associates. This role is fundamental to our daily operations, ensuring that products are received, processed, and shipped efficiently and accurately. As a Distribution Center Associate, you will be involved in various warehouse functions, including picking orders, packing items securely, loading and unloading trucks, and maintaining an organized and clean work environment. Your dedication to accuracy and speed will directly impact our customer satisfaction. We are committed to providing a safe workplace, and adherence to all Safety guidelines is paramount.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload freight from trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock rotation and cycle counts.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to strict Safety protocols and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory management and stocktaking activities.
- Assist with various Logistics tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Perform occasional heavy Lifting as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
- Understanding of warehouse Safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
