Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming materials.
- Transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment.
- Organize inventory within the warehouse for efficient access and space utilization.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment, utilizing appropriate PPE.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to Lifting and safety protocols.
- Support Loading and unloading activities for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in material handling or a similar warehouse role is desirable.
- Ability to operate various material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Capability to perform tasks requiring consistent Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and the necessity of PPE.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced logistics setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
