Our Durham, North Carolina facility is looking for reliable Warehouse Workers to join our Logistics team. This position involves a wide range of tasks essential for the efficient operation of our warehouse. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, and shipping goods, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Key duties include loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean work environment. Safety is our utmost priority, and all employees are expected to adhere to strict Safety guidelines and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This role requires the ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds. We value individuals who are dependable, possess a strong work ethic, and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and store incoming merchandise.
- Pick and pack customer orders accurately.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through proper storage and record-keeping.
- Operate manual and powered warehouse equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear mandatory PPE.
- Report any safety concerns or equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Contribute to overall team productivity and warehouse efficiency.
