This role is crucial for the efficient operation of our **logistics** network, involving the movement of goods within the facility. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, moving inventory to appropriate locations, and assisting with order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, possess good manual dexterity, and have a keen eye for detail. This position requires regular **lifting** of items up to 50 lbs and a commitment to adhering to all **safety** regulations, including the mandatory use of **PPE**. Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
- Move materials to and from storage areas and production lines.
- Sort and place materials on racks, shelves, or in designated storage areas.
- Assist with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment.
- Ensure that work areas are kept clean and organized.
- Follow all company **safety** policies and procedures.
- Wear required **PPE** at all times.
- Support overall **logistics** operations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or manual labor role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent **lifting** of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and **logistics**.
- Commitment to **safety** and adherence to **PPE** requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
