Join our dynamic team in Charlotte, North Carolina, as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to contribute to the efficient operation of our warehouse. This role involves a variety of tasks, including receiving and stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing shipments. You will play a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our customers. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
  • Stock shelves and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Pick and pack orders according to specific requirements.
  • Prepare orders for shipment and assist with loading trucks.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse facility.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong focus on Safety .
  • Wear designated PPE , including safety shoes and gloves.
  • Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Perform duties involving frequent Lifting and physical activity.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to perform Lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and stooping for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics .
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional overtime.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards.
