Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment according to customer specifications.
- Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against packing slips.
- Stock inventory in appropriate locations, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with full physical inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, adhering to all safety regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for tracking inventory and orders.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
- Capability of lifting up to 50 pounds repetitively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Commitment to upholding safety standards.
