We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Worker to become an integral part of our team in Miami, Florida. This role is fundamental to our warehouse operations, involving the handling of goods from receiving to shipping. You will be responsible for tasks such as unloading shipments, stocking inventory, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for dispatch. A strong commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and workplace Safety is essential. This position is key to our supply chain and Logistics success. The ideal candidate will be physically fit, detail-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic warehouse environment. Proper use of PPE and adherence to safety protocols are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming goods, checking for damages and discrepancies.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack items according to customer orders with accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock taking procedures.
- Follow all company policies and operational procedures.
- Adhere to all Safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE .
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as required.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including standing, walking, and moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of basic warehouse operations and Logistics .
- Commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to all guidelines.
- Must be willing to wear all required PPE , including safety shoes and vests.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
