Are you ready to launch your career in the fast-growing logistics industry? We are seeking enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates to join our energetic team in Denver, Colorado. In this vital role, you will be responsible for executing various tasks within our fulfillment center to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and correct order delivery. This position requires a proactive approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock with accuracy and speed.
- Pack and ship orders to customers, ensuring items are well-protected.
- Manage and maintain inventory using our warehouse management system.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all logistics and safety guidelines.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the correct use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment targets.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to perform regular lifting of up to 40 pounds.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety practices and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
