We are looking for dedicated Fulfillment Associates to join our growing team in Durham, North Carolina. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, focusing on the accurate and timely preparation of customer orders for shipment. This position demands meticulous attention to detail, a proactive approach to tasks, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. You will be handling a diverse range of products, requiring careful picking, packing, and processing. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves based on order requests.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and scanning equipment.
- Perform visual inspections of products for quality assurance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation and the surrounding warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on Safety.
- Properly use designated Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation.
Requirements:
- Capability to handle repetitive Lifting tasks, with items up to 50 lbs.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in order processing.
- Familiarity with warehouse procedures and logistics is advantageous.
- Ability to remain standing and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Dependability and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Previous experience in order fulfillment or a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Commitment to following all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure workplace.
