This role is essential for the smooth operation of our logistics hub, supporting the efficient flow of goods from receipt to shipment. You will be involved in a variety of tasks, contributing to the overall success of our distribution network. From stocking shelves to preparing orders, your efforts will directly impact our ability to serve customers effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Stock merchandise in designated warehouse locations, maintaining organized inventory.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and accuracy.
- Prepare shipments for outbound transportation, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required for forklift operation), in a safe manner.
- Conduct inventory counts and participate in cycle counting processes.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment, adhering to all company safety regulations.
- Properly use all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with general warehouse operations, including moderate Lifting and movement of goods.
