Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is crucial to our operations, focusing on the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders. You will be responsible for a range of tasks, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking incoming inventory. Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy and ensuring a safe, organized work environment are key priorities. You will operate various warehouse equipment and systems, and strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), is mandatory. This position involves a significant amount of physical activity, including standing, walking, and lifting items up to 50 lbs regularly. You will work collaboratively within a team to meet daily productivity targets and contribute to the overall success of our logistics and fulfillment operations. We are seeking reliable, motivated individuals with a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and workplace safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Conduct inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and scanners, safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly use and maintain required PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
