We are seeking a dedicated Order Picker to join our logistics team in Denver, Colorado. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving products from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items according to customer orders using RF scanners or pick lists.
- Verify product information, quantities, and condition before and after picking.
- Stage picked orders for packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring easy access to products.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation as needed.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and company policies, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets.
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar warehouse role is highly desirable.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Willingness to wear appropriate PPE.
