We are hiring a skilled Warehouse Technician to join our advanced facility in Fort Worth, Texas. This role is integral to maintaining the operational efficiency and integrity of our warehouse infrastructure, directly impacting our Logistics capabilities. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and minor repair of warehouse equipment and facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment. A primary focus is placed on rigorous Safety standards, requiring strict adherence to protocols and the consistent use of PPE . While the role involves technical duties, there may be instances requiring physical work, including some Lifting of tools and materials up to 30 pounds, and moving equipment. We are seeking individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to maintenance. Previous experience in a warehouse maintenance or technical role is highly desirable. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor belts, pallet jacks).
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical and electrical issues.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Conduct safety checks and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and organized.
- Adhere strictly to all company Safety procedures.
- Properly wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Support the overall efficiency of our Logistics operations through reliable equipment.
- Perform tasks that may involve occasional Lifting of components.
