Join our vibrant team as a Fulfillment Associate in Washington, D.C. This role is central to our company's success, playing a key part in our Logistics operations by ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, your duties will include picking items from inventory, packing them securely for transit, and preparing them for shipment. We are deeply committed to workplace Safety , and all employees must wear the required PPE and follow all safety guidelines. This position demands physical stamina, as it involves standing for long hours, walking the warehouse floor, and performing regular Lifting of items weighing up to 45 pounds. We are seeking individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and can maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced setting. Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is advantageous, but we provide comprehensive training for motivated candidates. Your contribution will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our distribution network. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from inventory locations based on customer orders.
- Inspect picked items for quality and accuracy.
- Pack orders using appropriate materials to ensure product protection during shipping.
- Label packages correctly for dispatch.
- Process and prepare shipments for carriers.
- Operate hand trucks and pallet jacks as needed.
- Maintain an organized and clean work area.
- Follow all established Safety procedures and protocols.
- Wear and maintain all issued PPE .
- Contribute to the efficiency of our Logistics process.
- Must be able to handle moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
