Our Kansas City, Missouri location is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to manage the inbound and outbound flow of goods. This critical role ensures that our logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, and stocking inventory accurately. On the outbound side, you will prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they are correctly packed, labeled, and staged for carrier pickup. Operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely is a key part of this role, requiring proficiency and adherence to all safety guidelines. We require all associates to use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and be mindful of safe lifting techniques. Maintaining an organized and clean shipping and receiving area is paramount. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a similar role within logistics or a warehouse setting is highly desirable.
