Responsibilities:
- Receive, sort, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders with speed and precision.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks as needed.
- Follow all Safety guidelines, including the correct use of PPE.
- Conduct cycle counts and contribute to inventory accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
- Understand and apply proper techniques for Lifting and moving materials.
- Support the overall efficiency of our logistics processes.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform physical tasks, including consistent Lifting up to 50 pounds. Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Commitment to workplace Safety. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork skills. Must be reliable and punctual. Basic understanding of inventory management. Familiarity with logistics principles is a plus.
