Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets or digital pick lists.
- Operate scanning equipment to track inventory movement.
- Transport picked items to the packing station using carts or pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or equipment issues promptly.
- Follow all established safety procedures, including the correct use of required PPE.
- Assist in receiving and stocking of incoming goods.
- Contribute to team goals and support colleagues.
- Understand and apply basic logistics principles in daily tasks.
- Be prepared for moderate Lifting throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Ability to read and interpret order forms. Physical stamina for standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Capable of Lifting up to 40 pounds consistently. Good hand-eye coordination. Team player with effective communication skills. Adherence to all Safety protocols. Experience with RF scanners is a plus. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics.
