Our Tampa, Florida facility is looking for a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our warehouse operations. You will be responsible for a range of tasks including receiving and inspecting inventory, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and preparing items for shipment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding our high standards for Safety and productivity. Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming inventory, ensuring accuracy against manifests.
- Stock merchandise onto shelves and designated storage areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and staging.
- Operate pallet jacks and other basic warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse and work areas.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and use all required PPE.
- Participate in cycle counting and inventory management activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and meet daily targets.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed to support logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including Lifting up to 50 lbs. regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to use RF scanners.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Commitment to Safety and following all procedures.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
