Our distribution center in Denver, Colorado, is looking for motivated individuals to join us as Distribution Center Associates. This role is foundational to our operations, involving a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of goods within our facility. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. The ideal candidate is a team player, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and speed.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided if needed).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floor and work areas.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Contribute to a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring frequent Lifting, up to 60 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Willingness to wear required PPE to ensure personal safety.
- Understanding of general warehouse operations and logistics.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed.
