Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to specifications.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the warehouse.
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Ensure all outgoing shipments are correctly labeled and prepared for transit.
- Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Be prepared for frequent manual handling and significant Lifting of packages.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of our logistics operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution center setting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and physical coordination.
- Ability to perform tasks involving repetitive motion and considerable Lifting.
- Strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to guidelines.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.
- Experience with power industrial trucks, such as forklifts, is a strong asset for this role within our logistics hub.
