Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy in the WMS.
- Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures, including safety protocols.
- Optimize warehouse layout and workflows for maximum efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Manage equipment maintenance and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
- Ensure all team members adhere to safety guidelines and use PPE correctly.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or coordination.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong understanding of WMS and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures, including PPE requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
