Are you a certified Forklift Operator with a passion for operational excellence? Our Miami, Florida facility is looking for skilled individuals to join our team! In this role, you will operate forklifts to efficiently move, load, and unload materials within the warehouse. This position is key to our logistics operations, ensuring a steady flow of inventory and timely shipment processing. Responsibilities include conducting daily equipment checks, maintaining accurate records of material movements, and ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others. You will be expected to handle materials ranging from small packages to larger, heavier items, which may involve occasional manual Lifting. Adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is non-negotiable. We seek reliable, motivated individuals who are committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and safety in a dynamic logistics setting. Your expertise in forklift operation will be vital to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various types of forklifts.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and trailers.
- Move inventory to and from storage locations.
- Conduct pre-shift forklift inspections and report any issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures.
- Wear all required PPE at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and other warehouse tasks as assigned.
- Support efficient logistics by timely handling of goods.
- Participate in tasks requiring manual Lifting as necessary.
