Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and organize products in designated areas.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stocktaking.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, including the use of PPE.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve operational goals.
- Perform manual lifting of goods up to 50 lbs as part of daily duties.
Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse or general labor experience is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform various warehouse tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and warehouse management systems.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to all PPE requirements.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
