We are hiring enthusiastic Fulfillment Associates for our Virginia Beach, Virginia location. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be a key player in our distribution center, responsible for the entire process from receiving goods to preparing them for shipment. Your work directly contributes to the smooth functioning of our logistics operations. This role encompasses a variety of tasks, including order picking, packing, kitting, and preparing items for shipping. You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and correctly. Physical stamina is essential, as the role involves extensive walking, standing, bending, and frequent lifting of items weighing up to 50 lbs. A strong emphasis is placed on safety ; you will be provided with all necessary PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and expected to adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures. We utilize advanced warehouse management systems, and experience with such systems is a plus. You will be trained on all necessary equipment and processes. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, detail-oriented, and thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities include: fulfilling customer orders by accurately picking, packing, and preparing items for shipment; receiving and processing incoming inventory; organizing and maintaining inventory stock; operating various warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided if needed); ensuring accuracy in all order fulfillment processes; maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment; and performing other warehouse duties as assigned.
