Join our exciting fulfillment team in Tampa, Florida, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. Your responsibilities will include picking products from inventory, meticulously packing them for shipment, and preparing orders for dispatch. We pride ourselves on our efficient logistics operations and our commitment to workplace safety. You will be required to utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to all established safety guidelines. This position involves consistent physical activity, including frequent lifting.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately retrieve items from warehouse shelves based on order specifications.
- Package products carefully and efficiently, ensuring product safety during transit.
- Verify order details against picked items for accuracy.
- Operate warehouse scanning devices and follow system instructions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team atmosphere within our logistics facility.
- Process shipments and prepare them for carrier pickup.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is advantageous.
- Ability to perform tasks involving consistent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Physical capacity to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift.
- Strong work ethic and a dedication to teamwork.
- Understanding and adherence to safety protocols, including the use of PPE.
