Join our vibrant fulfillment center in Omaha, Nebraska, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are searching for dedicated individuals to help us process and ship orders with speed and accuracy. This role is the backbone of our e-commerce logistics, ensuring our customers receive their products on time and in perfect condition. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. Maintaining a safe and organized workspace is a top priority, and adherence to all safety regulations, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order tickets.
- Pack items securely into appropriate shipping containers, ensuring product protection.
- Label packages for shipment and prepare them for carrier pickup.
- Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock items in designated locations.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Operate hand tools and equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing required PPE.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment environment is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 40 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Team-oriented with good communication skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
